Community Service Projects for Kids
Love animals?
Want to help animals?
Looking for a meaningful community service, mitzvah, school or scouts project?
Dear Parents and Kids,
We would like to introduce you to our organization, and provide you with the opportunity to help “Keep Pets and Their Families Together” as a community service/mitvah/confirmation/school project.
Founded in February 2013, Sam’s Hope is a 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization devoted to saving the lives of Southeastern Pennsylvania’s companion animals by keeping those facing economic and health challenges and their pets together through pet food and veterinary care assistance programs.
Of the many millions of dogs and cats surrendered to shelters or abandoned each year in the United States, approximately one million surrenders/abandonments were due to the owners’ financial inability to care for their pets.
Sam’s Hope is dedicated to stopping this heartbreaking cycle, and help "Keep Pets and Their Families Together," for the benefit of both the pet and the pet owner.
