Sam's Hope Pet Food Program

Sam's Hope "Full Bowl" Pet Food ProgramSam's Hope provides pet food assistance via food pantries and other organizations that provide assistance to the financially challenged, as well as directly to pet owners who live outside of the food pantry service areas.

Eligibility is limited to residents of Southeastern Pennsylvania (Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties), with demonstrated financial hardship.
