2022
For Samantha's Mitzvah project, she volunteered and collected pet food and supplies for Sam's Hope Meals for the Pets of the Homebound and Elderly Program. Her project was inspired by her dog, Charlie and her passion for animals.
For Jake's Mitzvah project, he volunteered for two days, helping package pet food and supplies, then packing for delivery to the homebound and elderly. He also collected pet food donations and funds to support our programs.
Jake was inspired by his dog, Ellie which he says is the best thing that ever happened to him!
2019
Marcus' Charitable Birthday Party
While most kids would say the best part of having their own birthday party is the presents, 8 year old Marcus Lombardo, of New Britain, PA, would say otherwise.
2018
10 year old Jenna was assigned a service project by her 5th grade teacher at Gwynedd Mercy Academy Elementary School. Each student had to do something special and personal.
As part of her Bat Miztvah preparations, Robyn chose to support Sam's Hope, and "Help Keep Southeastern PA's Pets and Their People Together.
2014
Eden chose to do her mitvah project with Sam's Hope so that she could help people and their companion animals stay together. Her project was inspired by her dog, Syd, who the family adopted last year.
As one of his mitzvah projects, Bud helped Sam's Hope package and deliver pet food to food pantries, a subsidized senior living complex, and a cat shelter. He also collected pet food at his synagogue and Haverford College during the High Holidays, and requested that donations in honor of his Bar Mitzvah be made to Sam's Hope.
Jack and Luke's Charitable Birthday Party
