To make a donation in memory of a beloved pet:

By PayPal:

  1. Click on the Donate button on the right side of the page.
  2. Enter the amount of your donation on Pay Pal's secure page.
  3. If you have a PayPal account, log in with your information.
  4. If you do not have a Pay Pal acount, you can opt to use your credit card by clicking the "continue" link to the left of the log in to PayPal box.
  5. When you are asked to review your donation, click on "Add Special Instructions to the Seller"
  6. Enter the pet's name, dog/cat breed, birthdate, date arrived at Rainbow Bridge, Epitaph/Sentiment.
  7. Send an email to samshope.org@gmail.com with your name and your pet's photo attached.
  8. Your pet's memorial will be posted to our website within 7 days of receipt of information.

By Mail-In Donation Form:

  1. Download and print the Mail-In Donation Form.
  2. Complete the form, attach a photo of your pet, and mail to:
